Work Permits (Services)
Employment Authorization Document (Form I-766 / EAD) is a general term used to describe a card USCIS issues on form I-766, Employment Authorization Card, to aliens who are authorized to work in the United States. The Card contains a photograph of the individual and sometimes his or her fingerprint. An alien who has an EAD usually has open-market employment authorization, but there are exceptions.

If you wish to pursue full-time academic or vocational studies in the United States, you may be eligible for one of two "Nonimmigrant" student categories. The "F" category is for academic students and the "M" is for vocational students.

To apply for naturalization, submit (Form N-400), Application for Naturalization.
Before you apply; you need to be sure that you meet all eligibility requirements. There are also exceptions and accommodations, if you are qualified.
You are not a U.S. citizen until you take the Oath of Allegiance at a naturalization ceremony.

However, if you are unsure of the process, or English may not be your first language, you can choose to seek assistance from a Lawyer or an (EOIR)-Accredited Representative.
If you decide to do the process by yourself, USCIS has its own Resource Center, where you may find a publish list of 100 civics questions and answers. Answers may change because of elections or appointments.

- You have not committed any crimes that make you ineligible for a visa.
- You have not violated the conditions of your admission.
- Your passport is valid and will remain valid for the duration of your stay.

Family Sponsorship (Services)
U.S. citizen may petition for certain family members to receive either a Green Card, a Fiancé (e) visa or K-3 and/or K-4 visa based on your relationship.
